SERVICES

 

We find in the small and medium business arena it is good to be a "jack of all trades."  Some examples:

  • Helping you optimize your Information Technology investment in light of the current recession;

  • Providing Interim / Part Time Chief Information Officers;

  • Assisting in defining technology strategy and the tactics to achieve the strategy;

  • Serving as an outside member of our client's Information Technology Steering Committee;

  • Assisting with identifying external vendors to provide solutions, services and/or support to our customers;

  • Assisting with optimizing internal procedures to maximize effectiveness while minimizing expense

  • Reviewing contracts for business relevance and compliance.
